By downloading, accessing, or using Spindra: Spin to Earn Rewards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Eligibility & Account Rules

You must be at least 13 years of age or have parental consent to use Spindra.
Each user is allowed only one active account per physical device. Creating multiple accounts or cloning the app is strictly prohibited.
You agree to provide accurate information during Google authentication and reward withdrawal requests.

2. Reward Points & Redemptions

Points earned in the app do not represent real-world currency until successfully redeemed under the app's rules.
Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum balance limits and security fraud checks.
Redemption processing usually takes 24 to 48 business hours. We reserve the right to review or reject suspicious withdrawal attempts.

3. Prohibited Activities & Fair Play Policy

To maintain fair play for all users, the following activities will result in an immediate account ban and forfeiture of points:

Using auto-clickers, bots, emulators, or scripts to automate spins or captchas.
Manipulating device IDs, using VPNs, proxies, or Tor to fake geographical location.
Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or tamper with app security mechanisms.
Exploiting bugs or system glitches for unfair points accumulation.

4. Third-Party Advertising & Content

Spindra displays third-party advertisements via Google AdMob and certified ad partners. We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party products, services, or websites linked via these advertisements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free at all times.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if we identify violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior toward our platform.
